Return Policy of Rahim Workshop Limited
We provide a refund and/or exchange within the three days of your purchase; after that time, you won’t be eligible for any form of refund or exchange.
Qualifications for Returns and Exchanges
- The item needs to be in the same condition as when you received it, neither worn nor unused.
- It needs to remain in its original packaging.
- We need a receipt or other proof of purchase in order to process your return.
- Only items with standard prices may be returned or exchanged. Items that are on sale, discounted, or customized (in terms of color, size, or other factors) cannot be returned.
Return/Exchange Fee:
- 15% of the invoiced item plus any applicable return fees, if the request is approved
- 10% of the item invoiced; if the request is approved, there will be an exchange fee.
Damages and problems:
In order for us to assess the situation and resolve it, please check your order upon receipt and get in touch with us straight away if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. A damage complaint may not be accepted after the delivery person departs (per the delivery company’s policy).
Contact rahimworkshoplimited@gmail.com to initiate a refund or exchange. We’ll email you a return mailing label and instructions on how and where to send your package if your return is approved. We won’t accept returns for items that are sent back to us without first requesting one.
Returning the item you have and making a fresh purchase for the desired item after the return is accepted is the quickest way to be sure you get what you want.
Exclusions and non-refundable products
things that are on sale, reduced, customized in terms of color or size, or that are not ordinary things may not be returned or refunded. If you have any questions or issues with your particular item, please contact us.
Returns
As soon as we’ve received and reviewed your return, we’ll let you know whether or not the refund was accepted. If accepted, your recommended payment method will be instantly refunded. Please keep in mind that the agreed-upon money may not be refunded for up to 10 days.
